Reciprocal Arrangement

Introductory Cards

Visiting reciprocal members must show their membership cards and Introductory card/letter at the Reception Desk where a Visiting Card shall be issued.
The maximum duration for the reciprocal Membership shall not exceed thirty (30) days in any twelve (12) month period.
Holders of Introductory cards/letters must conform to the rules, regulations and policies of the Club visited.

 

Guests

Reciprocal Members are not permitted to sign in guests.

 

Credit/Payment Terms

No credit facilities are available to Reciprocal Members. Payment of all expenses in the British Club will be made via credit card.

The British Club has reciprocal arrangements with over 80 clubs worldwide.  You can view the list of Reciprocal Clubs in Singapore here.

 

CALLING ALL FREQUENT TRAVELLERS

Frequent travellers can now apply for a complimentary Passport to all Reciprocal Clubs around the world. The Passport allows you to visit any of the Reciprocal Clubs during your travels around without having to apply for a separate introductory card. Now, you don’t even have to tell us when you travel.

The rules governing the issue of Passports are:

1. Application for Passports to be made at least one week in advance.
2. No credit facilities are available with any of the Reciprocal Clubs.
3. Usage of Reciprocal Clubs is only 30 days at any one time.
4. Only Members on the active list are permitted to apply for the Passports.

To apply, call the main Reception at 6410 1100 who will assist you with this. Please be advised that only one Passport will be issued to each membership number.
