It is with great sadness that we have received the news of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The Queen was much loved and will be sorely missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers go to her and her family.

The Club has lowered the union flag to half mast where it will remain until the Queen’s funeral and a condolence book has been placed in reception for all members to write messages and sign.

The Club will review its activities over this period of mourning and make appropriate adjustments.

We will liaise with the British High Commission on any plans for a memorial to celebrate the life of the Queen.

Our thoughts and prayers are now directed towards His Majesty King Charles III, who despite his long preparation for this moment must be filled with profound grief and sorrow.
