Tennis

The tennis section is the biggest sporting section in the Club and caters for players of all levels. If you are interested in playing either competitive or social tennis at the British Club then you should become a section member. Forms can be obtained from the Sports Bar at the Sports Centre and the monthly charge is only $14 per family. 

What the Tennis Section offers:
Being a Tennis section member you will be entitled to attend Social evenings and mornings every week. These are open to players of all abilities. The ladies social tennis are on Monday mornings from 9 to 12 noon, men's social tennis are on Monday evenings from 7.00 to 10.00pm and the mixed doubles social are on Friday evenings from 7.00 to 10.00pm

Opportunities to play:
Throughout the year we organise social and tennis events for both junior and adult tennis players, including competitive tournaments, social tennis tournaments, social tennis events, dinners and interclub matches. Should you wish to play competitive tennis then there are plenty of opportunities.

-  For the ladies there are WITS and LTS tennis leagues during the week against other teams in Singapore
-  We enter both men's and ladies teams for all the Singapore Tennis Association events against other Singapore clubs.
-  There is also tennis boxes for singles play and a ladder for doubles.

Entry Fee:
$15.00 for Tennis Section Member
$30.00 for Non-Tennis Section Member

Curry buffet will be served at Scores Bar on the day of Finals.
