Pilates is a series of exercises which focuses on building muscle strength, tone, flexibility, body alignment and posture. Classes are catered for all levels, so newcomers are more than welcome. In addition to a good physical workout, you can start on a journey to get your ideal body!
Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays: 8.30am to 9.30am
