Our function rooms are available for hire and hosting events throughout the year. Our unique location and surroundings, make us a very attractive choice for those who wish to host a seminar, meeting, dinner party, school party, wedding or birthday celebration at the Club. The Tudor Ballroom, Treetops Lounge & Terrace, Verandah Terrace and smaller Stuart Room offer venues with great views and ambience.

We provide value-added package to suit your occasion and budget.

SEMINAR PACKAGES
Minimum 20 persons

*Prices above are subjected to 7% GST.

Package prices are inclusive of: 

• Complimentary use of the function room
• Flipchart and markers
• Facsimile machine services (local only)
• TV/VCR
• Microphone and PA System
• Writing Materials
• Complimentary parking lots
• Projector at $150.00 per day (800 x 600 resolution) optional
• Special Rates are available for Room Rentals and Audio Visual Equipment.
• Transportation can be arranged at Minimal Cost.

Wedding Packages

   1. Treetops Terrace, giving you a panoramic view of the surroundings
   2. Verandah Terrace set amidst the lush greenery overlooking the pool (available Mondays to Thursdays)
